This is the beginning of my largest marquetry project to date. This image is a 3-D model of the final buffet design which has photos of the cut and shaded marquetry panels rendered onto the surfaces of the model. This allows the client to see how the marquetry looks on their furniture as it is created; it's a quick process once you've done it enough times. The marquetry panels are of white Dogwood flowers on an Ash Burl background that will be framed in solid Wenge. More pictures to come as work progresses.
